Is This Just About Words on a Wall?

No, but great question. Most people think sitting around and coming up with some abstract words will do the trick. It’s not about the words, its about how people relate to words and each other. Words are worth nothing if they don’t inform attitudes, actions and beliefs.

New behaviour does not occur without insight. My trainings are designed to provoke new thinking through engaging, relevant content and specific tools designed to integrate learning. I also construct my sessions to be as interactive as possible.

  • Keynote. Kicking off the workshop will be a full keynote address to inspire and educate your staff on why working together works, and what the best teams do differently.
  • Interactive Exercises. Understanding comes from action, the culture code uses a three phase methodology to ensure lessons stick: instruction – activity – reflection.
  • Culture code toolbox. Each participant will walk away with an all inclusive workbook covering all exercises, and tools from the workshop for use as required.
  • Performance Plan. Using the knowledge gleaned from our interactions, plus the workshop. I will create and present to you a comprehensive people and performance plan for your business. This will help you maintain momentum and ensure the culture you have created continues to be an asset.
  • 2 x 1:1 coaching sessions. Following the workshop, you and I will catch up to  discuss progress and ways to implement the performance plan within your business.

  • 60 min keynote. In this presentation your staff will learn the culture code

  • 30 min Q & A. Following the presentation you and your staff will have the opportunity to ask questions around the content and themes within the presentation.
